Seth Kerr

Seth Kerr is a highly accomplished attorney with a wealth of experience in representing homeowners and business owners in disputes with their insurance companies. With a proven track record of success, Seth is a skilled litigator who has handled thousands of court cases in both state and federal courts across Florida and various other states.

Seth received his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University-Bloomington before going on to earn his law degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2005. During his time at Florida State, Seth was a member of the mock trial team and also studied at Oxford University in England.

Following his admission to the Florida Bar, Seth gained valuable trial experience working as a Public Defender and then as an Assistant State Attorney in Sarasota County. He later transitioned to insurance

defense work, where he gained a deep understanding of how insurance companies think and handle claims. This knowledge has been instrumental in helping Seth achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining the Murray Law Group, Seth worked for one of the largest plaintiffs firms in the country, where he recovered millions of dollars for his clients’ insurance claims. He has experience representing homeowners, condominium owners, condominium associations and business with insurance claims and compliance and litigation issues.

Seth is admitted to practice law before all state courts in Florida and Louisiana. He is also admitted to practice before the Middle District of Florida and the Western District of Louisiana.
