Kimberly Armistead is a highly knowledgeable attorney who graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 2004. During her time at the university, Kimberly was an Anderson scholar and on the President’s Honor Roll. During her time at the university, Kimberly interned for United States Senator Bob Graham. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2006 and was a member of the Florida Journal of International Law. While in law school, Kimberly served as a judicial extern in the Eighth Judicial Circuit and was a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney’s Office.
Following her admission to the Florida Bar, Kimberly worked as an Assistant State Attorney in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, where she tried over 45 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials. In 2010, she transitioned from criminal practice to representing insureds in their claims against insurance companies. In 2013, she moved to her hometown of Tallahassee, where she continues to fight for the rights of policyholders.
Kimberly Armistead is a dedicated advocate who focuses on representing insureds in property insurance disputes where their claims have been denied, delayed, and/or underpaid. She is passionate about ensuring that her clients receive the coverage they are entitled to and works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
Kimberly is actively involved in her community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Epilepsy Agency of the Big Bend and volunteering at Faith Presbyterian Church and Gilchrist Elementary School. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two young sons, and extended family.
